I understand that lunch will be eaten in the museums outdoor patio area unless otherwise dictated by staff.

I understand that I will be contacted by the field trip coordinator in a timely manner and will be asked to confirm certain dates and times. I understand that I must confirm my date and time with the field trip coordinator in order to officially book any reservation with the museum. I understand that I will receive an estimated invoice with the date, time, & cost of my reservation as proof of booking.
