Your celebration package includes:
- 1.5-hour rental of a private party room with an additional 30 minutes to set up before the reservation begins.
- 20 guests included (adults, children & party hosts) with Birthday party child being free as well as anyone under the age of 1. Members and non-members all count toward total party headcount.
- Ability to purchase additional tickets for extra guests at general admission pricing, not to exceed party room capacity of 40 guests.
- The party room includes tables, chairs, and coordinating tablecloths as depicted above.
- Unlimited time in the Museum to play.
- Separate check-in to the Museum for the birthday party host and guests; a MBCM staff member will be at this entrance to welcome and check-in guests as well as provide a wagon for gifts or other items.
- Name of the birthday child on an electronic sign outside the Museum wishing them a happy birthday.
- Special birthday party button for birthday party child.
- Complimentary access to Evites to send out invitations.

Booking
Ready to book now? Bookings can be made online through our events calendar which shows all available birthday party dates and time slots for the next few months. When booking online, you will have to pay the full amount in order to secure your reservation with us. You can also give us a call at 336-574-2898 EXT 309 to speak to our Birthday Party Coordinator!
Deposit
Interested in putting down a deposit to hold your slot? Fill out our inquiry form located down below and reference “deposit” in the comments section. If your date and time is available, we will send you a link to pay that online with the remainder amount due two weeks before the start of your party. If you are booking less than 2 weeks out from a date, you will have to pay the full amount in order to secure your reservation.

Refreshments & decorations
You are welcome to bring your own food, drinks, cake and/or snacks to serve at your party. You will not have access to a kitchen or refrigerator but you are welcome to bring cooler and ice. You are welcome to bring decorations (balloons are welcome), but we ask that you do not bring in any type of confetti or silly string.
Looking to celebrate big! Reach out to our local Triad Party Helpers and reference “Museum” to receive a 20%off discount for their services. *Please note that MBCM staff members do not serve food or drink, help set up decorations, or provide entertainment. No additional time for set up and clean up is available unless an additional party slot is purchased at full price.
Payment Information
All bookings purchased online must be paid in full. If interested in a deposit an inquiry form must be submitted, there is a $100 deposit due in order to officially secure any reservation with us. The remainder amount would be due 2 weeks prior to the reservation date. If you are booking less than 2 weeks out from a date, the full amount will be due upon booking.
If you are expecting to have more than 20 guests, each additional guest after your included 20 guests, will cost the price of admission for that day and can be paid at the end of your party. Please note we do max out our parties at 40 guests, so no more guests will be allowed entry after this point. Memberships, passes, coupons and any other discounts, will not be accepted for admission of any guests. Members and non-members all count toward total headcount.
Cancellations
Any cancellation made before 2 weeks of the reservation will receive a full refund minus a $50 cancellation fee. Any cancellation made after the 2-week deadline will receive a full refund minus their $100 deposit. No refunds will be given to any cancellation made 1 week from the booked reservation.

Reservations are required. Please submit an inquiry form below if your party is more than 3 months out, want to put down a deposit, or have any specific needs or questions.
