Resurrect recipes of the past as the Edible Schoolyard hosts UNC Greensboro librarians and their collection of 20th-century recipes, carefully cataloged and digitized for our reflection and delight. These recipes span the 1900s, and we will specifically look at different food trends, cooking techniques, and tools used to create these delicacies.
