Tis the season of gathering and celebrations and we’re mixing it up by creating some non-soda options that are fun for everyone! We’ll work through two drink recipes featuring seasonal flavors and cool techniques. At the end of the class, we’ll take what we’ve learned and the ingredients we’ve prepared to create our very own drink recipe.

Learn the tips and tricks for sushi basics from seasoned rice and rolling techniques to amazing dipping sauces.  We’ll also practice some important kitchen safety and knife skills. These rolls are veggie-centric and will not include raw fish.
