The winter solstice is right around the corner and we’re excited for the changing of the seasons in The Edible Schoolyard. We’ll spend some time learning about the science of solstice before diving in to how cultures across the northern hemisphere celebrate this time of year. From cozy traditions and tasty treats to winter crafts, we’ll learn to enjoy the simple things even on the darkest day!
