Clay Days is a monthly, hands-on clay program presented by Museum Makers. Each month, children and caregivers are invited to explore polymer clay while creating a unique project to take home. Projects rotate monthly and are designed to encourage creativity, experimentation, and confidence with materials.
This Month’s Project: Clay Magnets
Participants will create two polymer clay fridge magnets, exploring color, texture, and simple design. Finished pieces will be baked and resin-coated by museum staff after the program.
Pickup Information:
Magnets will not be available for same-day pickup. Completed pieces may be picked up at the front desk during normal operating hours from Tuesday, March 17 through Tuesday, March 24.
Caregiver Instructions:
- Caregivers must remain with children at all times.
- Creations must stay at the museum for baking and finishing.
- Program time includes all materials, tools, and guided instruction.
