Please join us as we go hog wild for ‘cue and local brew. Local smoke aficionado Skip Purcell will be joined by Little Brother Brewing to host an evening of BBQ appreciation and beer exploration. Learn the ins and outs of regional American BBQ technique during this interactive dining experience featuring three unique meat and beer pairings. The evening will culminate in an NC style sit down pickin’ with traditional sides and more Little Brother hoppy suds. on the menu:   pork, beef, chicken plus sides and beer! This class is for ages 21+.
